shipping Herring outside the state of Montana when temperatures exceed 50 degrees can sometimes come with problems . We use UPS and have had great success with their services, however sometimes things happen. If you choose to order and problems do occur we will do what we can to work with you to resolve this issue. Photos of packages will need to be provided for claims. Some claims MAY take up to 30 days to resolve.
